1. Summary

  • You must be an adult to buy a plan, and plans are for personal use in your own household.
  • Plans are prepaid in US dollars and never renew automatically.
  • Do not share, resell or re-stream your access.
  • The channel and on-demand line-up can change over time.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

2. Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Dino IPTV and apply to dinoiptv.site and the Dino IPTV service. By using the website or buying a plan, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

3. Who Can Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy a plan. You are responsible for making sure that using the service is allowed where you live, and for how it is used in your household.

4. The Service

Dino IPTV streams live channels and on-demand content over the internet, together with a TV guide. You watch it in a compatible IPTV player app of your choice. Channels, programmes, titles and features may change at any time, and we do not promise that any particular one will always be available or available in a particular quality.

5. Your Account and Login

  • Give us a valid email address so we can deliver your login and contact you about your order.
  • Keep your login private. You are responsible for all use of it.
  • Tell us right away if you think someone else is using your login.

6. Plans and Payment

  • Plans are prepaid for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months at the prices shown on the pricing page.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may convert the amount and add its own fees.
  • A plan starts when we send your login and ends at the end of the period you paid for. It does not renew automatically.
  • We may change prices for future orders. A change never affects a plan you have already paid for.

7. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable Use

The service is for personal, non-commercial viewing in your household. You agree not to:

  • share, sell, rent or resell your login or access;
  • show the service in a business or public place, or charge anyone to watch it;
  • record, copy, redistribute or re-stream any content;
  • use more simultaneous connections than your plan includes;
  • disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or try to gain unauthorised access to the service;
  • use the service in any way that breaks the law that applies to you.

9. Player Apps, Devices and Internet

You need a compatible device, a player app and your own internet connection. Player apps are made by other companies, are covered by their own terms and may charge their own fees; Dino IPTV is not responsible for them. Picture quality depends on your device, app and connection.

10. Availability

We work to keep the service running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems or events outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or end your access, without a refund, if you break these terms or if we are required to by law. You can stop using the service at any time; as plans do not renew, there is nothing to cancel.

12. Intellectual Property

The Dino IPTV name, logo, website design and text belong to Dino IPTV and may not be copied without permission. Channel, league, team and device names belong to their owners and are used for identification only; Dino IPTV is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

If you believe something on our website or service infringes your rights, email support@dinoiptv.site with your contact details, a description of the work, where you found it and a statement that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner. We review every notice.

14. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those written in these terms.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Dino IPTV is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or removes rights you have as a consumer.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for until it ends.

17. General

  • If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we do not enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later.
  • These terms, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and Dino IPTV about the service.
  • Nothing in these terms takes away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
